2How much is dedicated hosting?

The SAAS solution is user based pricing and incorporates all security and hosting charges. 

3What are the costs involved? (i.e., just licensing?)  What about other costs?  What about Support? 24/7?

In addition to license fees, Blogtronix charges a one-time installation fee (minimum $1000) for new communities hosted on your servers or on dedicated Saas servers.  We also recommend a support package for your community, which start at 15% of the annual license fees.
